My wife and I were enjoying some downtime last Saturday on a favorite sandbar located in the middle of Old River near Perdido Pass at Orange Beach, Alabama when a stork flew over and dropped this little boy into my hands. We decided to keep him! Today is our son's 5th birthday. Happy birthday "Spider Man". We will always love you more than you will ever know. You have been such a blessing. Daddy will be home for your birthday party this Saturday.

Good catch! Happy Birthday. Enjoy them while they are small, it seems like yesterday my son was born and he will be 14 in less than two weeks. But he is still my little boy, even if I do have to look up at him now.
ReplyDeleteStay safe in your travels. I will be heading to SNP in a few weeks for the fawns, I hope to get some good photos to share.
Thanks for staying in touch, Brad, and I'll look forward to those SNP photos. Great work this past spring on your Viera Wetlands documentary.
ReplyDeleteJeff I made a trip to SNP last week. A short one but a trip that gave me an evening and next morning photographing. I will have some photos to mix in on the blog now. Deer were skitish, seen amybe a half dozen fawns, mothers were very protective. A few nice bucks but they did't want me taking there photos one black bear, yes no photos of him. And no turkeys or bobcats. Too many people and traffic at this time of the year for me.
